  2. User Requirement Specification (URS) – full scoping (identify all needs, functionality, user and reporting requirements etc.)
  3. Provide detailed quote based on signed-off URS
  4. Finalise project plan (e.g. agree delivery dates for content, app design etc)
  5. UI/UX design and development for sign-off
  6. Wireframe and architecture design for sign-off

4 to 12 Weeks
